Recently completed projects:
Chemical Facility - This project consisted of 260 light fixtures, both non-hazardous and hazardous, 1,800’ of cable tray, 12,000’ of 3/cond. 350 MCM tray cable for switchgear distribution to 4 different MCC’s (2ea – 1600 amp & 2ea – 800 amp). Additionally we installed power distribution from MCC’s and vendor panels to 10ea lighting & receptacle panels and utilization equipment (exhaust fans, unit heaters, HVAC equipment, welding receptacles, door motors, sump pumps, etc.). Temporary lighting and power was included in our scope.
Chemical facility – This project consisted of 500 various types of light fixtures, five 3,200 amp switchgear feeders, switchgear distribution to 24 different MCC’s and vendor panels ranging from 800 to 1,600 amps. Additionally we installed power distribution from MCC’s and vendor panels to lighting & receptacle panels and utilization equipment (exhaust fans, unit heaters, HVAC equipment, welding receptacles, door motors, sump pumps, etc.). Design & build of a certified lightning protection system for three separate areas of the facility was also performed. This facility had both hazardous and non-hazardous areas.
Bio-Fuel Manufacturing Facility- This was a design & build project built from a set of P&ID’s consisting of a new MCC, 4 distribution panels, 1 main control panel, 3ea touch-screens, 5 remote I/O enclosures, 71 process pumps and agitators, 2 boilers, 251 instruments and 2 fabricated agitator control panels. This facility had both hazardous and non-hazardous areas.
Waste Water System – This also was a design & build project consisting of a new MCC, an existing DCS system, 10 pumps and agitators, 44 instruments, a heat trace system with main control panel and area lighting.
