Safety

Integrity Electric strives for a zero-accident workplace at each and every one of our jobsites. This is accomplished with a proactive approach to safety. Each employee receives general safety training from the Tennessee Valley Training Center, a member of the ARSC, and specific equipment operating and electrical safety training from Integrity Safety managers. This training is conducted upon hiring and is updated annually. In addition to the aforementioned training, employees also receive site specific training to address specific hazards and requirements for each worksite. All electricians are trained in the NFPA 70E requirements for electrical safety. Specialty training is conducted for individual tasks required for each job; for example, confined space, respiratory protection, and excavation. To enhance the training, we conduct weekly safety meetings with employees and management. Through training and an emphasis on the overall importance of safety, Integrity Electric is currently in a 6^th consecutive year without a recordable injury and maintains an EMR rate that has never been above 1.0.

Integrity electric is a member of the Alabama Drug Free Workplace Program. Under this program we conduct pre-employment, random, post-accident, for cause, customer required and annual screenings.
